Public health safety and welfare guidelines relating to containment of the COVID-19 Virus, gatherings of more than 10 persons and other health considerations make it necessary for the District to hold an Emergency Workshop concerning  operation of the District’s public golf course.    The urgency of the public health concerns about COVID-19 prevents the District from complying with the ordinary seven (7) day notice requirements for a Workshop.  This Emergency Workshop is noticed pursuant to provisions of Executive Order No. 20-52, of the Governor of the State of Florida, and Section 120.525, Florida Statutes (2019).  Members of the general public are invited to attend the meeting.
